Our business was founded in 2005 by Rob Snowden and Ian Wilkinson, we opened an office in Stockport dealing with first time buyers and investors and then, a few years later we moved to Cheadle Hulme where we are based now.
The sales side of our business is run by Ian and our amazing team of Lucy, Josh, Beth & Millie with the help of Grace at the weekends. The lettings team is run by Rob and the superb, dedicated lettings team of Kate and Mel.
For the last 16 years many people have trusted us to sell or let their property, many of them have used us again for their next move and many of them have recommended us to friends and family which we are very thankful for and we still work hard to maintain that level of commitment to our clients
Even though we have been around a while, our business has the feel of being fresh and new. We are always looking to innovate and adapt, and we do everything to a very high standard. A few years ago, we decided to drop the suit and tie look, it wasn't for us and none of our client dress like that anymore!
Your move will start with a meeting at your property or a 'Valuation / Appraisal' you can book this here or by calling our office. This initial conversation will be to find out what your plans and timescales are and then to make a plan on how we market your property to get you the best price in the current market.
Once you are happy with our discussion and proposal, we then prepare all of the media (such as the professional level photography, detailed floorplan, HD Video, any aerial or drone shots and social media artwork) and once this is signed off, we launch your property to our target audience.
